Students of the 3 year general [AY 2019/2020] degree programmes are required to complete all academic credits in the first two academic years and at least 18 academic credits in the third academic year as partial fulfillment of criteria to award the three year Degree.
Students
who have sat for more than 18 credits in the third academic year are
required to select the list of optional courses for computing their
final GPA.
Therefore, please submit the Google Form below on or before 16.02.2024 and select the optional courses that you wish to consider for your final GPA calculation.
You can access this Google Form using only the UCSC email address given.
Note:
1. Grades
of all the optional courses selected by the student for the 3rd Year
will be included in the academic transcript irrespective of whether
those courses were considered for the final GPA calculation.
2. If
a student failed to submit the Google Form by the deadline, the UCSC
will select the optional courses from his/ her enrolled 3rd year courses and calculate the final GPA. Such selection will not be reversed under any circumstances.
3. Students who have been selected to follow the Bachelor of Science Honours in Information Systems (BSc. (Hons) in IS)/ Bachelor of Science Honours in Computer Science (BSc. (Hons) in CS)/ Bachelor of Science Honours in Software Engineering(BSc. (Hons) in SE) are not required to submit the form.
