Software Engineering IV is offered in the second semester for Software Engineering and Computer Science Honours degree progrogramme. This course is developed to critically review some of important SE Concepts/Practices/Theories discussed in the first three years of study programme as well as introduce some advanced concepts which are current practices in the industry. Hence, visiting lectures will be invited to deliver some guests lectures in the course. A case study will be used to review some key concepts in Object-Oriented Software Engineering.
The course is a blended learning course where there will be at least two hour interaction in the classroom and online learning activities through the virtual learning environment of undergraduate programme. Hence, active participation of students are expected and it will be considered in the evaluation criteria.
