If you experience any issues relevant to the online delivery of a particular course, please make sure that you inform the matter to the corresponding lecturer or the assistant lecturer of the course as the first step to get the issues resolved.
If the matter is still not resolved, you may take it to the next level by informing the degree programme coordinators.
If you consider that you have any academic issue in following the degree programme due to your personal reasons, please get in touch with one of the academic counselors.
If you have any other difficulty in your personal life that badly affects your education, then you are required to inform the matter to the professional counsellor to go through counselling sessions if necessary.
