The Internal Undergraduate students whose names have appeared in the pass list (Pass Lists published in the month of October 2021) are requested to fill the online “Request Name for Degree Certificate” form by attaching the duly filled supplication form with it.

The online form and duly filled supplication form should be submitted on or before 31.03.2022. If the students fail to submit the duly filled supplication form before the deadline, the certificates will be issued according to the names used by them at the time of registration. Under any circumstances, the names that appeared in the certificates will not be changed once the certificates are printed.
