The students are requested to download the 1st Semester Examination Admission Card from the link provided below by using their UCSC Student Index Number.

Link: https://staff.ucsc.cmb.ac.lk/admissions/public/login

Students are requested to check whether all the subjects they have registered are indicated in the examination admission card.

The students should print the downloaded Examination Admission Card in an A4 size white sheet and bring it to the examination hall. Students must have their UCSC Student Identity Card and the Examination Admission Card for each examination paper.

Students should keep the Examination Admission Card safe and in good condition till the examination is over. Students are requested to surrender the examination admission card to the Supervisor/Invigilator on the day of the last paper.

Please note that the examinations may take place in more than one examination hall so ensure you go to the examination hall on your individual admission card and not that of other students. It is your responsibility to ensure you know the date, location, and start time of all your examinations and arrive at the correct examination hall on time.

Inquiries regarding the examination admission card or examination process should be made to Deputy Registrar/Examinations & Registration through exam@ucsc.cmb.ac.lk (cc: sfi@ucsc.cmb.ac.lkppw@ucsc.cmb.ac.lk, era@ucsc.cmb.ac.lk).

Warning: Students are not supposed to write anything other than their signature on the front page or on the reverse side of the examination admission card.

Students are kindly requested to fill out the Health Declaration Form and bring it on the first day of appearing for the examination. The Health Declaration Form is attached herewith for your easy reference.
