Sinopharm Vaccination Programme for students (Below 30 Years) - University of Sri
Jayewardenepura
Students who are in below 30 years and still did not get any kind of Vaccine can obtain their
vaccination from the Bandaranayake Hall of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura vaccination centre
from 11th to 15th October 2021, from 9.00 am to 2 pm. Students who wish to receive their
vaccination please fill and submit the Google Form Link given below.

Recipients of the vaccination are requested to provide their N.I.C. as well as the University Identity Card to the concerned Health Authorities at the University vaccination centre.
