Attention : All year 1 & year 2 students

  1. Login to the www.gmail.com. 
  2. Type the full email address as mentioned below
  3. Enter the default password as Id No. (old id No xxxxxxxxxV) New id 12 digits)
  4. Tentative Operational Policy is as follows;
  •   The format of the email address:

             reg-no@stu.ucsc.cmb.ac.lk

  •  Registration number is of the format  yyyy/<degree code>/<a three-digit numbr>

     Eg: 2020/CS/000 , 2020/IS/000

  • Thus, the email address will be as;

              2020cs000@stu.ucsc.cmb.ac.lk

              2016is000@stu.ucsc.cmb.ac.lk 

  • The default password is ID No
