This course will provide a brief overview of what business intelligence is, how business intelligence systems work and how they can be designed, developed and used to enhance the decision-making process of an organization. The participants of this course are expected to try out different business intelligence technologies and use different types of business intelligence systems in order to understand how business intelligence can bring benefits to an organization.
